Truck and Trailer Fleet Coordinator for the Reconditioning Department
Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC (TEL) is seeking a Truck and Trailer Fleet Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company located in the beautiful Lookout Valley area of Chattanooga, TN. The Truck and Trailer Fleet Coordinator will work with our Reconditioning Department and will be responsible for working with vendors to assure the restoring of previously leased equipment. Candidate will be responsible for fleet operations to ensure utilization and productivity goals are achieved. Work daily with management, customers, outside vendors, and sales force to meet service requirements for our team.

The Truck and Trailer Fleet Coordinator will work with our Reconditioning Department and will be responsible for working with vendors to assure the restoring of previously leased equipment. Candidate will be responsible for fleet operations to ensure utilization and productivity goals are achieved. Work daily with management, customers, outside vendors, and sales force to meet service requirements for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all parts of the reconditioning process to ensure equipment becomes available in a timely manner while keeping costs at reasonable rates for the repairs needed.
- Prepare and manage the final accounting reports and ensure invoices are coded correctly and timely to escrow accounts.
- Manage the reconciliation of repair invoices to inspections reports.
- Update all necessary data points as activity demands
- Be responsive and provide ongoing support to the leasing team, sales, marketing and business development personnel.
- Develop strong working relationships with outside vendors to promote cost effective and timely repairs to units.
- Take direction in a timely manner from managerial staff.
- Various other projects as assigned from time to time
- All other duties as required
Requirements:
To be effective, the position requires high energy, strong work ethic, good communication, writing, organization and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Database experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Self-starter

- High level of data accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Networking internally and externally to manage and solve problems
- Be a forward thinker and suggest process improvements
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team oriented and able to take direction and effectively manage spreadsheets with minimal supervision.
Wages:
50,000 per year, based on experience.
