Human Resource Generalist
Transport Refrigeration, Inc. your local Thermo King dealer in De Pere, WI is growing! We are seeking an organized, creative, self-motivated and dependable HR Generalist to join our HR team at our Corporate Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 2 of our companies (100 employees)
- Monthly Benefit Enrollment & Reconciliation
- COBRA Administration & Termination Packets
- Verification of Employment
- Manage LOA Requests & RTW documentation
- Administer DOT files and Random Drug Testing program
- Assist with training programs
- Employee Recognition & Company Apparel Store
- Quarterly Newsletters
- Social Media postings
- Create brochures, flyers, business cards using Canva
- Manage required poster service
- Assistance with recruiting
- Stay & Exit Interviews
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years of experience with payroll and benefits
- HRIS experience preferably with Paycom
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience posting on social media platforms is a plus
- Experience using Canva or Vista Print is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization
- The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background
