Description:
This position will work in the office 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week
This position is a backfill while an individual is on leave.
This candidate will be assisting in HR Workforce Planning group.

Job Responsibilities:
Partner with HR Analytics to collect internal data insights and supplement to external market data
Research external market insights using our external labor marketplace vendor and provide HR COEs and Business Leaders data insights that drive workforce decisions
Create executive level slide decks to tell the workforce story providing strategic solutions to our future hiring initiatives
Partner with HR Analytics to create dashboards marrying up internal and external data addressing regular data needs from our HR COEs
Candidate will need to have experience with the following:
Experience with Microsoft Talent Suite including Excel, Office, and PowerPoint and HR systems
Ability to interpret data and metrics to tell a workforce story
Meet deadlines and quick turnarounds
Ability to learn technology quickly and understanding talent acquisition data
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to present to the business and management
BS Degree in Human Resources or Business
1-3 years of HR experience
Data analysis experience
