We are looking for ambitious, career oriented individuals looking to fill the role of Inside Sales Representatives in our Brokerage Sales division. We will train the right candidates to assure they will be successful. This position is on site until the candidate is trained. When candidate is trained they will be given the opportunity to work remotely and on site with manager's approval.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts to build and retain existing relationships.
- Prospect for leads. Business is generated by referrals, existing client base, and brokerage load boards.
- Provide quality transportation solutions for customers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with carriers
Job qualifications:
- Transportation experience helpful, but not necessary
- Excellent Customer Service, negotiating, and phone skills
- Self starter with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Confident decision maker
- Technology and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Team player
- College degree is not required.
