Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-performance standards of the company. The Recruiter will conduct recruiting functions for all Butler positions. This will include interviewing, creating job offers, and on-boarding. This position will also assist in a variety of HR responsibilities including record-keeping, metrics, team member communication and engagement. The Recruiter must be self-motivated and able to self-manage and motivate others. The ability to WOW both customers and team members every day! WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Provide day-to-day recruiting support to Trash Butler’s Operation team and Supporting teams as needed. - Process direct hires/ad requests from both internal and external resources within a reasonable timeframe - Oversight of established budget for assigned territory benefiting our customers and Trash Butler’s bottom-line costs - Work closely with our Onboarding Team to generate hires, and provide necessary information to Operations team - Be creative and flexible; adaptable to shifting priorities and multi-tasking - Demonstrates a healthy work environment by speaking with designated leader on any concerns or matters - Ability to work in a team-based environment to achieve organizational goals and assist on projects within department as needed - Develop relationships with Operation Team Management and Support teams to aid a culture of adaptability, change management, and continuous improvement by recognizing and suggesting process improvement - Have an amazing outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry WHO YOU ARE: - Flexibly pivots to changing priorities and timelines - #CDA (Can Do Attitude) mentality AKA A-Player!       - Basic knowledge of human resource processes and best practices - Effective interpersonal, and conflict management skills - Professional verbal, written and presentation communication skills - Intermediate or above level computer skills a must with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs - Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently - Associates degree or equivalent of 2 years related experience in recruiting or inside sales or a combination of the two   The schedule will be: Monday: 11:00 am – 8:00pm EST Tuesday: 11:00 am – 8:00pm EST Wednesday: 11:00 am – 8:00pm EST Thursday: 11:00 am – 8:00pm EST Friday: 11:00 am – 8:00pm EST PERKS - Flexible Hours - Competitive Wage; annual salary - Incentive Program; 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quarters - Eligible for company sponsored benefits (health, dental and vision) About Trash Butler: Have you lived in or visited an apartment community where the resident places the trash/recycling right outside their front door and it magically disappears? Compensation: $43-45K (based off experience) up to 10% bonus paid out quarterly
