Job Title: Production/Entertainment Travel Agent
Schedule: Pacific Time Zone | Mon - Fri | 9am – 6pm (Hybrid: work 2-3 days in the office)
Salary: $80k

Ideal Candidate: The Production/Entertainment Travel Agent must be a tenured professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in booking domestic and international airline itineraries for Entertainment/Production companies. You should also have previous experience working with UHNW clients, offering bespoke, white-glove service to VIPs. This role requires you to know all moving parts of entertainment travel including upgrading air, booking limos, request Meet & Greet services, client confidentiality, etc. Strong Sabre proficiency is required – agency WILL NOT TRAIN. Must have at least 2 years of recent travel industry experience. Must be able to issue your own PNR's.
Required Skills:
- 5 years’ experience working as an Entertainment/Production Travel Agent or equivalent VIP agent
- Strong Sabre GDS proficiency (including pricing, faring and ticketing) for domestic and international travel
- Must have proven experience handling high-end, discerning and demanding clients while maintaining composure
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to think “outside the box”
- Ability to function with little to no supervision, making sound decisions to ensure all after hour calls are expedited quickly and efficiently
- Must be willing to work more than 40hrs a week (if needed)
