Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse
- Night Shift
We're seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for night shifts in a mixed acuity unit.
Responsibilities
- Care for diverse patient types including those with Vents, Sepsis, PNA, DKA, Detox, CHF, COPD exacerbation, and surgical complications.
- Occasionally care for pediatric post
- surgery patients.
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3, based on acuity.
- 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in ICU.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- Willingness to act as Charge RN.
- Proficiency in handling medical equipment and managing insulin and cardiac gtts.
- Ability to read and interpret strips for ICU and MSU.
- Charge nurse, RT, and Hospitalist available 24/7.
- Centralized Tele monitoring tech.
- Charting System: Cerner.
- May float to Med Surg or ED as needed.
- Weekend rotation: Every other; no call required.
- Scrub Color: Any professional color.
- Free Parking available.
