About The Position
ID: 50274795 Shift: 10H Days 10-hour shifts with call 1-2 nights per week and every 4th weekend. Description: Unit : OR | First Assist RN- # Suites: 4 plus 2 minor rooms and OB C/S room.- Average # of cases per day: 15-20- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS- Common Cases: General surgery, Ortho totals and minor cases, ENT, Uro, Gyne, C- sections, and podiatry.- Experience: OB experience. Plus - lap/open cases. No robots. Some RN FA might be in a circ or scrub role. Previous travel and 2-5 years preferred, will consider strong candidates will less experience.- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: OR Charge RN. - OR techs: Yes- EMR: Meditech- Shifts & Scheduling: 9 or 10 hour shifts that rotate to cover late discharges. Schedule out 4 weeks in advance for 6 weeks, no self scheduling.- Weeknight/Call Requirements: Average one week night call.- Weekend/Call Requirements: 24 hour call Friday night.
