Job Purpose
By joining our People team, you will work with a diverse growing team passionate about travel and employee experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Advisor to coach, support and challenge our leaders on people matters: from building personal development or improvement plans, team engagement, compensation and rewards, cross-department or cross-group mobility , offboarding, employee well-being, ect.
You will be working closely with Joyce Testanier, Head of People and collaborate with our HR specialty teams: Smaragdi and Sergiy from Talent Acquisition, Pascale and Cherryl from People Operations, Floor and Brenda our Growth Team, Casper our CPO, and our Bangalore located HR team Lincy, Ashwini and Hari. Together we focus on delivering our 2022 People Plan, supporting our employees and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice and support to leaders and employees on people practices
- Drive or contribute to the People Plan (strategy) deliverables and support the implementation in your Business Units
- Be an ambassador of our people practices
- Managing employee relation cases according to local labour law
- Support leaders with activities related to succession planning and workforce development
- Handling administrative tasks such as letters or contracts creation and HR systems update
- Liaising with the NL Works Council and employee representatives when needed
- Sharing your expertise with the rest of our team
- Leading or supporting people projects required for the Business Units that you support: for example building job family competencies, facilitating a workshop or training, or any project you identify as beneficial for the teams.
What you bring to the table
- At least bachelor graduated in relevant field, Master is a plus
- 3 years in a similar role (in an international environment is plus)
- Advanced communication skills dealing with various level of stakeholders in the organization
- Good influencing skills and coaching experience
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
- Familiar and experienced with Dutch labor laws
- Experienced or expert in one or more of the following topic: employee relations, compensation and benefits, mobility, employer branding, HR administration
- Hands on & “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Integrity, trust and interpersonal understanding
- Relationship builder and approachable
- Facilitation skills is a plus.
