About the Scheduler Position
- This is a challenging but highly rewarding position that reports directly to the owner of the company.
- Learn the scheduling software system completely (training provided).
- Scheduling clients with cleaners either one time or recurring service.
- Rescheduling clients when they call to reschedule and communicate with staff if necessary.
Minimum Skills and Experience
- High school diploma; some college highly preferred
- Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Ability to use computers and willingness to learn applications
- Needs to be very detailed oriented and drives items to completion.
- Significant experience in the home cleaning business (or other field service industry). Knowledge and significant experience in managing cleaning staff preferred
- Experience handling customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
