TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Inspector on behalf of their client located in Decatur, GA.
This is a temporary position lasting 6-8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Shift: M-F, 8am-4:30pm, with possible OT.
Pay: $22.50/hr.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspection: Perform detailed inspections of parts and components to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Print Reading: Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to identify and select the correct parts and components.
- Quality Control: Utilize the SAP Quality Module to document inspections, track quality metrics, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including data entry and updates in warehouse management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any quality defects and dispositions.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Previous experience performing inspection on parts and components. Experience with problem solving methodologies to determine root cause and corrective actions.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical prints and blueprints.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and inventory management; experience with SAP Quality Module is a significant plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and documenting findings.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
