Job Description: Inventory Clerk
Location: Suwanee, Georgia
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull Reports: Retrieve and analyze inventory data from various systems to generate reports related to stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory movement.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records. Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain accuracy.
- Auditing: Perform periodic audits of inventory processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Computer Skills: Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems proficiently to update inventory records, track stock movements, and generate necessary reports.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and discrepancies. Ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse personnel and other departments to resolve inventory issues promptly. Communicate effectively regarding inventory discrepancies and resolutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending.
