The Role
Event Barbacks maintain bar operations and support bartenders before, during, and post-hours of operation. Requiring an ability to anticipate the needs of the Beverage team in both restaurant-style service and event set-up, the role will work ins fast-paced environments. As an Event Barback you are the main support for all bartenders during the daily execution of bar setup, service, and breakdown of bar operations. Observant and efficient, you strive to work within the team atmosphere, ensuring our members and guests receive prompt and seamless service.

Requirements
- Consistently provide thoughtful and personal service with the goal to develop a rapport with members and guests.
- Ensure the Bars and floor are set and ready for service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and always restock equipment of the bars.
- Keep Bars fully stocked at all times.
- Transporting Ice to multiple levels and keeping ice levels for all bar activations
- Check inventory Par levels to ensure Event bars have adequate access to liquor products, paper materials, and mixers available at their disposal at all times to serve guests at the highest level of service.
- Stock active bars with cold wine & beer inventory on a nightly basis
- Clear, wash and re-stock glassware throughout shift
- Maintain correct levels of clean glassware at multiple bar outlets in the house.
- Maintain bar fridge cleanliness
- Organize and has a detailed account of Liquor cage inventory and product placement in a highly organized manner.
- Is able to receive and stock deliveries and place items in correct areas of the House with a clear and organized approach.
- Collect’s and cleans bar mats and floor mats for nightly service.
- Familiar with Health Department standards of Sanitizing sinks, providing cleaner and water for material to be washed in
- Setting up and breaking down a bar with consistency, organization, and insight on a nightly basis
We are looking for new team members who can demonstrate they are:
- Must be able to lift/move up to 10lbs, frequently lift/move up to 25lbs, and occasionally lift/move up to 50lbs.
- Must be 18 years old
- Consistently following Food & Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by managers.
- Impeccable customer service by responding promptly to member/guest needs, soliciting feedback to improve service, and responding to all member requests (not just F&B related)
- Eager to work fast paced
