GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for day to day oversight of North America bank accounts including balance reporting, wire and account transfers, related online software and assisting in borrowing and paydown processes for credit facility. Also primary responsibility for maintenance of credit function of client setup portal based which includes, reviewing credit request submissions and rendering credit decisions based on authority level and facilitating escalation when necessary to supervisor or other finance leadership.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain bank online cash management software including all bank accounts, user access, transfer templates, related internal controls, etc.
- Updates daily cash flow projections for North America bank accounts based on feedback from supervisor and other finance staff for purposes of making borrowing and paydown decisions.
- Sets up daily wire and account transfers as requested by appropriate individuals within finance team and ensures proper communication/notification of transfers when completed.
- Regularly updates global cash balance reporting based on download of balances from online software and reporting received from global finance team.
- Assists in preparing borrowing and paydown documents relating to global credit facility.
- Day to day oversight of customer credit maintenance requests from field via customer setup portal. This includes, but not limited to interpreting Dunn & Bradstreet credit reports, reviewing client and interpreting client billing and payment history and reaching out to client references for credit checks and related as needed.
- When credit requests are beyond approval authority must bring to attention of supervisor and/or corporate financial leadership with appropriate documentation and supporting information so that proper evaluation can be made.
- Primary responsibility for maintaining user access to Dunn & Bradstreet reporting for North America users
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Advanced Excel skills including use of macros, vlookup, importing and exporting data, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a very fast paced environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, equivalent business degree, required.
- 5 - 7 years of related experience required.
- 3 - 5 years industry experience preferred.
