About the Role
TWE seeks three (3) Associate Brand Managers for our portfolios across Premium Brands, Luxury Brands and 19 Crimes. Depending on your experience, you will be assigned to one of our portfolios and be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and programs while leading cross-functional teams on various projects, manage new product development, conduct business performance reviews, and budget management across a set number of brand/brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build brand value: Support new product development projects: consumer insights, packaging and product development, forecasting, launch strategy and promotional materials, and performance tracking.
- Think holistically: Propose and prepare 360 marketing plans that stretch across all elements of the marketing mix including Paid and Earned media, in-store / shopper marketing, and activation programs.
- Preserve Creative Integrity: Instil brand tone of voice across brand creative and communications, align with senior brand management stakeholders to achieve best in class creative effectiveness.
- Quarterback the team: Manage collaborative initiatives with internal and external groups, including Americas Marketing Teams, Sales, Field Marketing, Promotions, Digital, Production (winemaking, supply, and procurement), 3TE, DTC, Winery/Hospitality, Creative Agencies (advertising, shopper, digital, packaging), Public Relations, Insights, Legal and Global Marketing (where/if applicable).
- Uncover Insight & Focus on action: Partner with finance and insights functions to evaluate brand performance, inclusive of P&L, consumer insights, and business trends; effectively consolidate data into key implications for the business and provide recommended actionable plans when necessary.
- Execute with excellence: Collaborate with field marketing and key sales teams to communicate marketing plans and deliver direction on day-to-day requests regarding new products/POS/brand plans/visual assets/etc.
- Run the numbers: Track, maintain, and communicate brand marketing spend against budget, manage the vendor and PO payment process.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador: Present brand plans and objectives to internal and external audiences to build belief and buy-in; foster brand ethos and culture.
- Drive connective tissue: leverage brand assets including winery properties, websites, and social channels to engage consumers.
- Innovative : Successful individual will not only be a BIG creative thinker, but also solution oriented on product development and activation ideas to push our brands with speed to market.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desired or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum Minimum 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing or Field Marketing.
- You have experience with IRI or AC Nielsen reporting and analysis, or similar systems.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- You are an accomplished project manager who can multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage a large workload.
- You have strong analytical skills to extract insights from a wide range of data to support business decisions and identify issues and opportunities.
- You can develop and execute large marketing programs under tight timelines.
- You have strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with Sales/Trade and other key functional areas.
- You can work in a large, global matrix organization.
- You have excellent written and verbal presentation skills. You can lift a case of wine (40-45 pounds) on occasion.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $83,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the San Francisco Bay Area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
Salary : $83,000 - $105,000
