Job Description: This position is responsible for providing day to day assistance that support operational functions of the warehouse at the Cambridge, MD. Facility. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for internal (employees, supervisors, managers) and external (drivers, vendors and others).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain GMP safety procedures and practices
- Maintain human safety procedures and practices
- Order, monitor and reconcile raw/corrugate materials from 3PL storage vendor daily (as needed) for plant replenishment
- Assist warehouse Manager with warehouse reports (data entry)
- Create warehouse purchase requisition/s and help with warehouse purchase order/s as needed
- Reconcile outbound shipping paperwork daily to ensure all outbound best practices are followed
- Help support inbound coordinator and outbound lead coverage as needed
- Monitor, order and track plant pallet/s usage as needed
- Complete end month 3PL reconciliation
