Details: Temporary position for three months, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some potential for flexibility
Pay: $20/hour
Summary: The HR Generalist position requires a person that is a self-starter, highly organized, skilled in time management, has high attention to detail, and is analytically driven.
Responsibilities:
- Comply to current corporate HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the hiring process such as evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining the necessary paperwork.
- Be a main contact with staffing agencies
- Assist in payroll and timekeeping administration and employee incidences
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
- Coordinate employee training
- Conduct safety trainings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, but experience will be considered
- 3 years’ experience in HR or related field preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Data entry, data processing, communication tools
- Payroll and human resources software
- Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Microsoft Office
