Overview
The Custodian under supervision will perform quality custodial services.
Responsibilities
- Clean restrooms, sweep, and wet mop all tile floors
- Clean entrance ways windows (interior and exterior) and building windows, clean office glass as needed
- Empty trash and replace liner in all trash cans
- Perform high dusting monthly to include all window blinds, dust all areas as needed
- Replace all paper and soap products in restrooms, replace deodorizers and batteries as needed
- Vacuum all carpet areas
- All other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Must meet Ability One requirements.
- Individual must possess willingness to learn and successfully perform tasks related to custodian positions.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education. High school/GED
Experience.

Licenses/Certifications. Valid driver’s license.
Other (e.g., post-offer drug screen, background check, driver’s license record, etc.). All employees must undergo a driver’s license record check; classified employees must pass a background check.
Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr
Hours: Varies
