Personal Care Aide's
We are looking for a competent personal care assistant to support physically or mentally challenged customers in their everyday lives. The fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Support clients who can’t move on their own
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
- Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
- Help customers with their shopping
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

CNA'S
We are looking for a skilled CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our agency's compassionate care-giving team. The CNA will interact directly with clients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to be a vital link between our clients and the nurses and other agency staff.
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals. Help clients with personal hygiene. Provide clients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showers. Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient’s chart
On-Call CNA's and Caregivers

The On- Call CNA will interact directly with clients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. Homecare RN's
We are looking for skilled Homecare Registered Nurses (RN's) to become a part of our agency's compassionate care-giving team.
Job Summary
- Assess Client’s condition during every visit and chart your observations
- Creating and updating Plan of Care for Client
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s Physician
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians and anyone else involved in the patient’s care plan
- Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
- Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life
- Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
Job Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate clinical skills to an RN prior to Client assignment
- Must be able to work independently with Client in their home
- Must have at least 1 year experience in applicable field
- Must have current CPR/First Aid
- Must have proof of up to date vaccinations, including PPD
- Must have a physician's statement completed at time of hire
- Must have licenses for applied position. Please add license# to application and/or resume
- Must have a smart phone with available data for use of our electronic documentation system
- Must be comfortable and familiar with electronic documentation
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Must be willing to travel all throughout Southern Maryland
- Must be willing to work with private pay Clients as well as agencies that provide services in the community for the intellectually and developmentally disabled.
- Must be willing to carry the company after hour cell phone.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
