Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- Passion for customer service, guest satisfaction, accountability, communication, reliability, dedication, and learning.
- Proactive, curious, engaging, and upbeat attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (carrying cases of milk, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environments.
- Prior Coffee experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides “best in class” service to all guests.
- Acts as ambassador of the Twice Daily store culture and values.
- Makes decisions to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- Actively promotes the new “fresh all day” menu.
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the “fresh all day” offer.
- Actively engages in educating guests on the Twice Daily “fresh all day” offer and promotions.
- Encourages guest to try the new “fresh all day” offer through sampling and to return through the use of targeted coupon and special promotion day part offers.
- Assists guests with any questions they may have regarding the “fresh all day” offering.
- Provides ongoing feedback to the store manager based on guest experience and comments.
- Maintains production, merchandising and waste control of all components of the “fresh all day” offer in accordance with Twice Daily standards.
- Reacts productively to change.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
