What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Trainer position at Tri-Starr Group?

The Tri Starr Group is currently recruiting for a onsite Contact Center Trainer to support a leading nationwide banking services and digital resource provider. Excellent pay - $20.00 an hour. Must be available Monday-Friday (with rotating weekends) between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm.

The Contact Center Trainer handles the performance of staff by conducting training, providing consistent feedback, working with Training/Center Leadership to determine and evaluate training and development needs, and collaborates with Leadership on development and support for Specialists based on their learning plans.

Duties

  • This position also conducts Instructor led activities for new and current center Specialists as needed as well as provides feedback on training modules and performance as well as develops and administers quizzes to identify gaps.
  • Maintains knowledge of new / current processes and procedures, client information and company compliance by utilizing new and existing tools/ resources provided.

Experience / Skills / Abilities Required

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years within contact center environment
  • 1 year within contact center training
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound call center operations
  • Financial Services Industry preferred
  • Ability to deliver feedback and handle conflict resolution in a positive manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to dynamically present training modules with little or no supervision
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Software
  • Flexibility to adjust to a quickly changing and fast paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Antonio, TX 78249: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Call center management: 2 years (Preferred)
