Tri-State Bobcat, a proven leader in the industry, is looking to hire a Field Service Technician Mechanic to service and repair an extensive line of compact, forestry and grounds equipment. Success in this position is heavily dependent upon strong mechanical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Get paid $28.50 - $35.00 per hour plus overtime for your experience and strong mechanical skills! NO WEEKENDS - M-F 7:30-4:00 with some variability due to customer needs. Hudson, WI location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair equipment as needed
- Perform required preventive maintenance
- Communicate job progress to service manager
- Inspect and test equipment when work completed
- Obtain or order parts needed for repairs
- Check work orders for complete and accurate descriptions of work performed and proper parts and labor is accounted for
- Work safely and independently with little supervision
- Maintain company safety standards
- Willing to participate in all training programs, including limited out of state training and keep current on new equipment updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mechanic in diesel engine repair and service
- Complete set of tools, plus eligible for our Tool Allowance Program!
- Experience with hydraulic/hydrostatic systems and electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with DOT health card or ability to obtain one
- Experience operating a Bobcat or similar compact construction equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills with the ability to complete work as scheduled
- Ability to pass a background check and 4-panel drug test
