Foreman is responsible for day-to-day management of crew to ensure work is completed safe and timely. Foreman position is considered a working position. Foreman will be required to work in the field.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage crew and jobsite
- Ensure employees are following necessary protocol
- Ensure employees understand and adhere to safety guidelines
- Communicates professionally

- Assign daily responsibilities to employees
- Train new employees
