Role Overview:
As a Mobile Clinic Outreach Representative - Patient Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with the community to inform them about our mobile healthcare services and to significantly increase our patient base. Your primary goal will be to bring in a minimum of 20 new patients daily, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential patients and encourage them to utilize our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with individuals in the shopping center and surrounding areas, explaining the services offered by our mobile clinic and the benefits of accessing healthcare services with us.
- Employ persuasive communication techniques to encourage immediate walk-ins or to schedule appointments, with a daily target of acquiring at least 20 new patients.
- Distribute flyers and other promotional materials to raise awareness about our mobile clinic.
- Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up communications, while respecting privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Work closely with the mobile clinic staff to understand the services offered, appointment scheduling procedures, and any special promotions or health campaigns being run.
- Provide feedback to the clinic's management on community responses, potential areas for outreach expansion, and strategies for improving patient acquisition rates.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and to develop your outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, marketing, customer service, or community outreach. Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets, with a strong orientation towards achieving results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of individuals.
- Independence and self-motivation, with the capacity to work effectively without constant supervision.
- Resilience and adaptability, capable of working in different environments and handling rejection positively.
- Basic understanding of healthcare services; prior experience in healthcare settings is desirable but not essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous, especially if serving multilingual communities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
