The General Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all work performed by field crews, administrative support to the branch, inventory management and manage subcontractor expectations. They will ensure branch profitability by managing budget, controlling expenses, ensuring quality control, and building/maintaining customer relationships. The General Manager will work with VP of Sales and other members of our leadership team to ensure peak branch performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a business plan, including goals and action items for growth; profitability; safety; customer satisfaction; and training, and create a forecast; financial objectives; and metrics in support of this business plan.
Oversee installation, service and sales; review contracts and proposals, and provide direction to production and sales department, all while ensuring quality control, cost compliance, and safety.
Ensure timely completion of projects by creating schedules, setting deadlines, organizing resources, and communicating expectations for field operations.
Maintain and enhance customer relations by addressing and troubleshooting issues promptly and professionally.
Provide communication between the branch and corporate office by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding branch operations and productivity.
Keep accurate financial reports and manage inventory and warehouse personnel as well as cash flow, including timely billings and follow-up collections.
Ensure compliance and the highest ethical standards in all processes, including internal SOPs, field behaviors, etc.
Champion strategies and programs to meet our near- and long-term safety goals
Responsible for inventory management and accurate inventory counts
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of managing a service and sales organization required. Our ideal candidate will have an operational and sales background with a proven track record of growth while providing top notch customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a process improvement-oriented mindset.
Previous Business Growth P&L responsibility
Strong customer service background in skills with an expertise in problem-solving.
Superior organizational and quality control skills with a great attention to detail.
Assessing, coaching, and developing talent across multiple roles
Establishing business direction and leading strategy development and implementation
Exceeding predetermined revenue, share, and customer satisfaction objectives
