Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a Credit Assistant to join our team at our Corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA.  This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment while working in collaboration with our professional, supportive and passionate team! 

 Candidates must be in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area.  This is not a virtual position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•    Assist in the collection of funds due to TFC

•    Assist in customer resolution

•    Customer service(both internal and external)

•    Provide credit references

•    Release orders that are on "credit hold"

•    Process credit cards

•    Filing

•    Mail distribution

•    Other miscellaneous credit related functions assigned by management


Required Skills and Abilities


•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

•    Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.

•    Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

•    Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.  

•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

•    High school diploma or equivalent required. 

•    At least two years of related experience preferred.


If selected, the candidate must successfully meet all employment requirements including a favorable background check and pre-employment drug screen.
