Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and assume responsibility for growing sales profitability in the Dallas, TX territory. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Strengthen sales profitability in assigned territory using a proprietary system
• Call on existing accounts and prospect for new accounts
• Develop relationships with key decision makers
• Call on roofing, metal building, drywall and acoustical contractors
• Develop and implement plans for growth within assigned sales territory
• Attain sales and margin goals
The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role required, preferably within the construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of industry clients
• Ability to influence contractors and manufacturers through knowledge of products and applications
• Ability to establish and develop strong customer relationships
• Ability to solve problems with an openness for new ideas
• Ambitious, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
The successful candidate must meet all pre-employment testing requirements including a favorable background screening, drug screening and motor vehicle report.
