Background Check: Must have the ability to pass a background check.
Insurance: Must carry General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
Vehicle: Must own a vehicle (e.g., truck or van) capable of transporting flooring products to job sites.
Tools: Must possess a comprehensive set of flooring installation tools.
Crew: Leads/Helpers (2-man crews preferred) for efficient project execution.
