What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Tribeca Beverage Company?
We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to distribute products to customers within the NYC AREA. The driver will be delivering 5-gallon water jugs and water coolers, so they must be able to lift up to around 40 pounds. The driver must also have a smart phone in order to log deliveries and navigate to customers locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-gallon water jugs and coolers to customers throughout NYC
- Load, unload, and maintain a delivery vehicle
- Follow routes and log deliveries using a smart phone application
- Follow special delivery instructions when applicable
- Converse with customers and relay customer concerns or issues to management as needed
Skills
- Proven working experience as a delivery driver preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to operate a van in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
