The Job:
The Assistant General Manager is a key leadership role in the overall operation of our historic resort. In this position you will work directly with the General Manager in the day to day running of the property. You will focus on:
• Ensuring top performance in Guest satisfaction in all departments
• Leading the Rooms Division
• Selecting, coaching, motivating, and developing our world class service team including hourly Associates, Supervisors, and Department Managers.
• Producing exceptional financial results through the strategic management of resort revenues, labor, and departmental costs.
• Ensuring appropriate inventory of supplies and materials needed for Associates to excel at their jobs.
• Ensure full compliance to all Marriott, Tribute, and Remington standards of operations.
