The Role

Due to significant growth we are adding a Customer Shipping Coordinator. As the Customer Shipping Coordinator, The Customer Shipping Coordinator shall carry out the role while meeting the needs of International Vitamin Corporation (IVC) as outlined in the IVC – TricorBraun Atlanta SOP. Additional baseline processes may exist from the Atlanta site, however the primary needs are those in the SOP. This role shall exist for the dedicated needs of the IVC business which is managed by the LA site.

You will begin with a training program that spans classroom, online and hands on work with other team members to learn our business, our industry and sales process. The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
• Exceptional focus on customer service.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of all MSFT Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Essential functions
• Receive PKR’s from TB LA and route to ATL warehouse team for shipment
• Coordinate LTL PKR’s to ship as close to full t/l’s as possible when there are multiple LTL PKR’s
• Ensure that orders ship on time and that the correct item(s) were shipped with all corresponding shipping documents
• Communicate any outbound shipping issues immediately so it can be addressed and dealt with
• Send shipping documents daily for each day’s shipments; these should be the same as what was sent with the shipment
• Verify inbound shipment(s) arrived complete and with all C of C’s
• Send receiving documents daily for each day’s receiving
• Ensure all duties above meet SOP requirements for each area (i.e. – inbound shipments, outbound shipments, etc.)
• Employee must have a company cell phone so that they can be reached at all times during business hours to address questions, urgent needs, inbound/outbound issues, quality issues, etc..
