We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with the recruiting team and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs and to develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategies

Your role here

You will lead the implementation of proactive sourcing strategies that facilitate global talent pipelines across a range of Professional, Senior and Executive roles. You will develop strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse pools of passive candidates and convert these into active candidates within our Application Tracking System.

You will have the opportunity to support recruitment campaigns and individual positions, working with the recruiting team and key business stakeholders to gain a solid understanding of the skills that they are looking for, deciding on innovative ideas to source these candidates and ensuring that they are a great fit for the organization.

Your understanding of the market is where you will shine! You will use quality analysis of the market to adjust your strategies, whilst influencing investment into media postings and other solutions to help you source the talent that we’re looking for.

Your experience and background

  • Familiarity with using an ATS (preferably workday)
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study, and 5 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Creative sourcing and pipe-lining experience, including use of social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, and Boolean Search
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Possess the ability to create a compelling employment value proposition statement for engaging and recruiting passive top talent.
  • Ability to continuously review talent sourcing programs and processes by utilizing quality and process design improvement tools and techniques to seek new, innovative ways to deliver higher value services more efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to continuously learn and seek personal and professional growth opportunities in technical areas of professional focus and to build credibility with customers, peers, and team members.
  • Flexibility in handling and prioritizing completion of multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner
