What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager - Naples, Florida position at TRICORPS SECURITY?
TriCorps Security is looking for an experience and highly-motivated operations manager in the Naples, Florida area. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of our security force, maintain schedules, recruiting and hiring, perform site checks, and inspect officers for uniform, appearance, SOP compliance, and more. This person would report directly to the Florida State Director, who is also located in the Naples, Florida area.
Requirements:
- Prior military or law enforcement experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in preferred but not required.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be reliable and show positive work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
