We are currently looking for a Maintenance/Custodial Worker to fill a vacant position in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
The basic functions of this position include good communication skills; ability to read written and electronic information. Knowledge of general maintenance, modern cleaning methods, materials, equipment and general safety hazardous materials rules and regulations. High integrity and ability to work independently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in maintenance/custodial related work.
Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle. Head Start experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
