Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assists in performing standardized automated and manual laboratory tests.
- Collects and prepares laboratory specimens for analysis.
- Prepares microbiological specimens for analysis.
- Assists in the maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Position Requirements:
- Prior training or experience as a Laboratory Assistant preferred.
- Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Effective and accurate written and oral communication abilities required.
- Able to frequently lift or move up to ten (10) pounds throughout workday.
Education
Required- High School or better
