Job Description
As a Business Development Manager you will own the entire buyer relationship and build your book of business. Objectives are to achieve maximum unit sales volume, market penetration, profit return and customer loyalty from the selected and/or targeted accounts through business development and account management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on the sale and service of Raymond products and offerings
2. Achieve maximum unit sales volume, market penetration, profit return and customer loyalty
3. Analyze market potential and trends.
4. Prospect into potential customer accounts and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels.
5. Responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned & potential account base.
6. Administer overall process of a customer’s needs in terms of specifications.
7. Provide creative business solutions to customer needs.
8. Work closely with respective Sales Leader on account planning and pricing decisions.

The target salary for this position is $45,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including profit sharing, benefits, and uncapped commission (average total compensation $150,000 – $200,000 for years 1-3). Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
