Position Overview:
Candidate will work very closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing Team leadership to provide a broad spectrum of legal administrative services. We are looking for a candidate that’s proactive, with great organizational skills, ability to multitask, self-motivator, with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Must be a dedicated professional with a super positive attitude.
The successful candidate should exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial and team-first mentality, and a willingness to elevate standards across the organization.
This position is an in office role at our Little Chute, WI facility.
Responsibilities:
- Building a systematized approach to executing all legal agreements, from vendor and raw material supply agreements to complex multiyear customer agreements.
- Implement a contracts database tool for contracts storage, management, and tracking.
- Schedule weekly meetings with designated executive committee members to drive management’s contract agenda.
- Ensure timelines and deadlines are met related to all aspects of contracts execution.
- Communicating regularly with the designated executive committee members on status, exhibiting transparency and openness.
- Facilitate communications with external counsel as appropriate on legal matters.
- Prepare and organize notes and legal documents to complete and document assigned matters.
- Develop professionally through work experience and pro-active participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive and resilient internal and external customer relationships.
- Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.
- Continuously learn and develop professionally.
- Support corporate efforts for safety, compliance, and all other company policies & procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in approved field of study relevant to law, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing contracts database software to store, track and manage legal documents.
- Excellent communications, computer software, and writing skills.
- Experience managing many contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to function effectively, on teams, with multiple constituents.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with a form of electronic document management; and ability to adapt to new software deployed to meet department needs.
- Expert proofreader with complete command of language.
- Organized and detail-oriented with thorough knowledge of legal formalities and terms and ability to give relevant input and help to establish and enforce department and company procedures as they relate to legal projects and assignments.
- Highly motivated, involved professional who is eager to learn and to work independently.
- Working knowledge of corporate and business law, as well as other background as required to meet department needs, and a working knowledge of industry and company acumen.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure of deadlines with multiple projects, works well on a team not only within the Legal Department but throughout the company, flexible, energetic, with a strong sense of urgency as to workload/projects.
Hours and Compensation: We offer a competitive base pay rate with commission and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Working hours are standard business hours Monday-Friday at our Little Chute, WI facility.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

Salary : $44,600 - $56,500
