We are an innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility currently seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Assistant Business Office Manager:
- Assisting the Business Office Manager with Medicare billing and collections
- Follow up on all co-insurance claims
- Assisting the Business Office Manager in organizing, evaluating and monitoring business office operations
- Assisting in explaining Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance benefits to families and residents
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:
- LTC/Medicare billing knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of insurance procedures, contracts, etc.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Working knowledge of computers, input/output data, etc.
- Degree preferred
