Right of Way Designer PLS

Description

As a Right of Way Design Professional Licensed Surveyor, you will manage multiple projects and staff in our ROW Design team.
Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:
- Able to manage multiple projects and staff
- Base map preparation
- Setting ROW & easement lines per UDOT’s standards
- Preparing ROW submittals following UDOT’s standard
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Utah State Professional Land Surveyor license, required
- Considerable knowledge in property/ownership/documentation research, boundary law, and writing legal descriptions
- Strong working knowledge of MicroStation (ORD) and/or Civil 3D, ProjectWise, ePM, and MS Office
- Fluent with UDOT standards
- Precision and ability to perform QA/QC is critical
- Strong sense of urgency, with outstanding prioritization skills and professionalism
- Ability to learn and develop new skill sets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with the existing team members to complete projects
