THE ROLE
Reports to the Spartanburg terminal manager. On site point of contact for daily operations at customer location. This role will work hand in hand with the Dispatcher, who is responsible for communicating the load plans to the drivers and customers.

Reports to the Spartanburg terminal manager. On site point of contact for daily operations at customer location. This role will work hand in hand with the Dispatcher, who is responsible for communicating the load plans to the drivers and customers.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Support on site customer with tendering loads as well as creation of shipping paperwork for all loads departing location.
- On site point of contact for yard jockey's and customer scheduling.
- Assign trailers to loads as well as volume to load.
- Maintain professional relationship with on site customer.
- Advise any safety concerns to Terminal manager.
- Monitor time sheets from yard jockeys before submitting to terminal manager.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, both written and oral.
- Project management abilities.
- Superior database knowledge and analytical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills are a must.
- Knowledge of TMW will be considered a definite asset.
- Previous bulk trucking experience is considered an asset.
