Manufacturer Success Coordinator
Description
As part of the Supply Chain Manufacturer Success team, our Manufacturer Success Coordinators focus on building, retaining, and growing relationships with our manufacturer partners. As a team, we help to shape the Overall Manufacturer Experience within Trimble. The Manufacturer Success Coordinator will act as a liaison across all of the content teams, including Trade Service and Building Data, to ensure our manufacturer partners are set up for success at each stage of the pre-construction workflow from estimating, design and into procurement. You will be THE manufacturer's advocate within Trimble.
Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Trimble MEP’s products and eco-systems and to be able to communicate the value of our products to our manufacturer partners
Execute proactive manufacturer reviews to assess overall manufacturer health within the estimating and modeling databases. paying attention to currency and completeness of their product data within each.
Grow and expand manufacturer awareness for Trimble and the Trimble eco-system
Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within manufacturers data sets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data improvements and manufacturer needs.
Facilitate meetings over the phone between the manufacturer and internal partners as needed
Provide assistance on issue escalations and ensure there has been proper handoff and resolution to the satisfaction of the manufacturer and of Trimble
Engage manufacturers that do not have data agreements to complete agreements with Trimble
Use Zoom info to gather key contact information when necessary.
Qualifications (What we are looking for)
1-2 years experience in account management, project management or sales/business development
Prior sales experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or experience in lieu of
Experience discovering key goals and steering manufacturer stakeholders with success plans
Demonstrated ability to manage technical and/or manufacturer escalations from start to resolution
Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate efforts cross functionally (internally and externally) to provide Voice of the manufacturer
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Highly organized and self-directed with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Successful candidates will be: innovative, persuasive, creative and have a genuine curiosity in the customer’s business and their success
Goal and results oriented, optimistic, smart, value added mindset, proactive and easily adapts to change
