Project Manager

In this role, you will play a key role within the client organization, ensure delivery of on time projects within specification, and on budget. You will assume responsibility for the project management of small to large projects, inclusive of engineering, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Review project proposals against customer specification.
• Primary point of contact between client and their customer.
• Maintain project meeting minutes and project plan for the life cycle of each project.
• Schedule 30-60-90 percent model reviews internally and externally.
• Delivery of all project documents per standard work (i.e., P&IDs, GA’s, Electrical and Automation).
• Support system bill of material generation per standard work.
• Procurement of system components and materials delivery based on project timeline.
• Prepare progress and budget reports to senior management.
• Work with process engineering to ensure designs meet customer specifications.
• Ensure project documentation milestones are maintained, complete and accurate.
• Support Pre-FAT, FAT and SAT activities to ensure proper closeout of documents.
  
  

Project Manager Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree (ME or ChE preferred)
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read engineering documents: GA drawings, wiring diagrams, 3D Models, P&IDs, etc.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Project. AutoCAD is a plus.
  
  

Project Manager Preferred Skill and Experience:

• Instrumentation, Automation, PLCs, knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of GMP documentation requirements is a plus.
