Job Summary: The District Property Manager plays a critical leadership role within the organization, ensuring the successful execution of property management operations across multiple sites. This individual will actively monitor and enforce company policies and procedures, oversee the performance of assigned properties, and provide strategic support to Property Managers. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills, an eye for operational excellence, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Reports to: Regional Supervisor(s)
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Location: Corporate Office – Long Beach, CA
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On call may be required for any after-hours emergencies.
Hourly rate: $20 to $23 hourly

Requirements
Skills required to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:
- Must have experience in managing Multiple Properties at the same time
- At least 3 years managing apartments (Required)
- At least 1 year managing staff (Required)
- Yardi experience (Required)
- Bilingual preferred
- Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge of property maintenance, property marketing, and insurance.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and possess a strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate and communicate property management methods along with the ability to problem-solve issues
