Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Clinician I Group Facilitator to join our team of mission-driven healthcare professionals located at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors.The Clinician I is responsible for the facilitation of group activities as part of programming offerings in the adult and geriatric psychiatric inpatient units. Takes into consideration level of acuity and functioning to adjust interventions using recommendations from the clinical team. Responsible for the communication of any peer issues that may arise in the groups and also to communicate any behaviors that indicate changes in mental status to the team. Documents notes in the electronic medical record (EMR) to indicate level of participation and other important clinical indicators. Assist the primary therapist with simple case management tasks and individual patient check in as requested.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Exceptional Patient Care: Designs along with the clinical team group activities to target most common psychological complaints (anxiety, depression, anger, psychosis interpersonal conflict, problem solving, substance use and others).
- Excellent Communicator: Communicates promptly any issues that may arise during the groups to appropriate clinical staff.
- Active Teamwork: Assists the primary therapist to complete case management staff and to check in with patients individually as deemed appropriate by the clinical team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field: social work, psychology, human services etc.
- Experience facilitating groups in clinical settings.

Salary : $65,400 - $82,800
