General Definition and Scope of Job
Involved with registration, collection, processing, and quality control of specimens, receives and instructs
patients, processes lab orders and distributes laboratory reports.
JOB STATUS:
- Part Time, 40 hours per pay period, 1st/variable shifts, 8 hours per shift
- Part Time, 32 hours per pay period, variable shifts, 8 hours per shift
What are the Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements?
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to read, speak and write English effectively; and be able to demonstrate skill in communication, both written and spoken.
- Proficient use of computers.
- Phlebotomy training certification preferred.
- Experience preferred.
