About the job:
Sales Support Analyst produces statistical reports of sales activity and sales efficiency. Provide both technical support to field sales personnel and assistance in interpreting customer needs. Ensures compliance with all CMS regulations including but not limited to sales seminar planning and implementation, outbound enrollment verification, scope of appointment and application handling.
What you'll do:
- Collects, analyzes and reports sales data and performance metrics
- Administers the lead tracking system including making recommendations for enhancements, testing and implementing updates and assigning leads to sales representatives
- Provides training to the sales representatives regarding how to use the lead tracking system
- Ensure compliance with all CMS regulations including but not limited to sales seminar planning and implementation, outbound enrollment verification, scope of appointment and application handling
- Track and manage expenses related to department budget
- Meets population specific and all other competencies according to department requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous analyst experience with a health insurance company; Functional knowledge of health plan operations; Previous sales, marketing, or service database experience
- Demonstrates strong project management skills with proven success at managing largescale projects through to completion with limited supervision in required, tightened timeframes while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Demonstrates the ability to understand and interpret complex issues and processes and to recommend actions related to financial operations resulting in financial improvement and/or operations compliance and/or enhancement.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate technical financial terminology into understandable to leadership, associates, and external customers.
