Salary: $27,000-$29,000

What will you be doing?
The Office Manager is a key position in the department’s leadership team. The Office Manager is often the first person to greet visitors, begin the onboarding process with new employees, and sets the overall tone for the office setting. Under the supervision of the Department Director, the Office Manager completes many duties, some of which include:.
- Maintaining a system for managing office routines, including scheduling, personnel files, training, etc.
- Develop and maintain reports, supervise clerical staff, monitor and administer payroll and timekeeping records
- Interact with the team members, family and guardians, and most importantly, people that we support
