The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling jobs with customers, third party inspectors and crews while preparing necessary documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review pipeline to determine and coordinate date of site work with customer and internal teams.
- Provide professional and courteous communication to customers.
- Update customer records within a database.
- Strive to achieve monthly installation goals.
- Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.
- Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
- Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
