About Us
Triple Threat NC Basketball Center is a Basketball Training Center that opened May of 2021. Located in Burlington, North Carolina. We have a 15,000 Square foot facility which specializes in basketball services from travel ball, camps, classes, clinics, events, leagues, tournaments, memberships, and more. We bring over 20 years of experience in those areas.
Triple Threat NC Basketball is geared to preparing and teaching our participants important life values through basketball. We understand that basketball can be a tool that will aid each participant in our core values like faith, family, and fundamentals.
Our goal is to provide a safe space for our participants and focus on building self-confidence, a desirable work ethic, and passion to discover their potential and personal development. We will improve each participants skill set that he or she can utilize in a team-oriented sport. Our goal is for each participant to meet higher levels in his or her personal development and become better people, better leaders on the court and in their communities.
Triple Threat NC Basketball is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the property
- Answer incoming phone calls and return them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and welcome guests as they leave the property
- Coordinate with the concierge to arrange special events
- Assist with maintaining the property's cleanliness and appearance by performing various tasks in the front office, including cleaning, maintenance, and security (if required)
- Provide information about properties, properties availability, properties rates, properties amenities, properties services, and other related topics for guests and for internal company employees
- Handle payments for reservations made through our reservation system (Yahoo! Hotels)
- Maintain records of guest information, payments, and status in our check-in center.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Ability to work independently with little supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills (calls, emails, chat)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
This is a part time position that is 23-29 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burlington, NC 27215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
