What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrator position at TriSource?
A non-profit client in Baltimore (Canton neighborhood) has an immediate need for an Executive Administrator (EA) to support the office of the CEO. This position offers competitive benefits, a family-style environment, and dynamic leadership. In office 5 days a week. Must be COVID vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks for the CEO to include: scheduling appointments and calendar management, handling inbound/outbound calls, expense reports, travel itineraries, etc.
- Take appropriate course of action regarding correspondences and concerns addressed to the CEO
- Communicate and coordinate with staff members, both in office and remote, regarding board meetings, logistics, materials, etc.
- Communicate with the CEO to ensure awareness of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Follow through on projects to completion and meet deadlines under pressure
Requirements:
- 5 years of executive level administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Professional, energetic, confidential
- Light travel required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
